We just help customers to purchase the products from Korea websites. We don't have wholesales bussiness. Please don't contact us for any wholesale purpose.

Besides, if the total amount is lower than HK$300, we will charge extra HK$20 handling fee.

Finally, we don't accept the following reasons for return or exchange.
1. Some dirty spot.
2. Color is slightly different than the photos.
3. Size is not fit. (you should pay attention on the size specification for each product and measure your cloth to compare with them).
4. Late delivery (But if we can't send out the parcel after 1.5months, we can help you to cancel the order and refund money to you).
5. For oversea customers should pay attention on the shipping schedule. It takes 2 weeks or longer time for us to receive the parcel from Korea. Sometimes the official Korea website will send out the products late too. After we have received all the products, we will send out the parcel to oversea customer by airmail. It takes another 2 to 3 weeks for the customers to receive the parcel. The arrival date depends on the country. You can't cancel the order during the process. 
If customers want to receive the parcel early, we can also send out the parcel by Korea EMS directly. However, the shipping fee is expensive and depends on the weight.
